These terms govern your use of the Noventra website and the early access programme operated by Noventra. By signing up you accept them.
Early access programme
Noventra is expected to become generally available in late August. Signing up registers your interest and gives you priority onboarding; it does not create a licence, a subscription or a guarantee of a specific launch date or feature set.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other customers' data.
Your content and data
Documents and data you upload to Noventra remain yours. Noventra processes them solely to provide the service and can export them to you in full, in their original formats, at any time.
Pricing and billing
Prices published on this site are indicative, exclude VAT and may change before launch. Any paid subscription will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out fees, terms and service levels.
Availability and liability
The website and any pre-release features are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Noventra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the early access programme.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Noventra is established, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
