Noventra is a document control platform for construction and engineering teams. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have.
Data we collect
When you sign up for early access we collect your name, company name, business email and, if you provide it, your phone number. We also record the approximate country derived from your browser settings so we can plan regional availability and support.
How we use your data
We use your details to contact you about early access to Noventra, to prepare onboarding and to answer questions you send us. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Early access records are kept until Noventra launches and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Storage and security
Data is stored on EU cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to the Noventra staff who need it. Access is logged and reviewed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can object to further contact. Write to builddocs38@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
